  8. Beginner Dance, Ballet Ages 6-8

    Children will spend a half hour learning basic skills of ballet and majorette. Dance requires the movement of arms, legs and torso designed to increase flexibility, muscle strength and range of motion. Dance classes improve emotional and mental stability and decreases shyness.
