Corporate Fitness

These classes are specifically designed for worksites where the instructor will come to you to give employees of every fitness level fast and effective workouts. Research has shown that workplace wellness increases productivity, employee relations, and corporate image and it decreases work related injuries, worker compensation costs, and absenteeism.   • Foundations of Fitness: Foundations of Fitness is the perfect class for employees who are looking to start their fitness journey. Overall class time is approximately 15-30 minutes, which is ideal for before or after work.

           $60/group for a class.

  •  HIIT: High intensity interval training (HIIT) allows employees to get a quick and effective workout. Overall class time is approximately 15-20 minutes. Classes are perfect for before, and after work as well as lunchtime. HIIT classes will increase energy levels from the lunch slump.

           $60/group for a class.

Teen Open Gym

Teens, ages 13-17, are welcome to play basketball after school. The gym will be supervised by Danville Parks and Recreation staff. Staff will facilitate team games and conduct basketball drills to sharpen skills. Call (434) 799-5150.
