Integrative Yoga for Seniors.

Integrative Yoga for Seniors combines the best of evidenced based medicine with the ancient wisdom of yoga. This class offers specific recommendations for older adults to safely begin a practice of movement, meditation and better mental and physical awareness. OWLS Fitness Hour
